PARKOUR

Parkour is the art of movement, in which you train the body and mind to move efficiently through any environment while overcoming obstacles. You may anticipate a hard and enjoyable workout that is based on how your body naturally moves in its surroundings. Our courses start with a complete warm-up, then we introduce and practice Parkour techniques at practice stations. Each practice is finished with stretching, conditioning, and a review of the class
