Owner - Misti Kay

Misti was a collegiate gymnast at the University of Iowa where I earned a degree in Exercise Physiology.  Gymnastic has always been a love of hers and she has owned gyms in San Diego for over 13 years and has been coaching for over 25 years. Misti's passion has always been to develop new and innovative programing such as Cirque and Parkour, being the first to do so in San Diego.

Misti's companies are now a creation of years of experience of developing and marketing businesses. Her experience of building businesses from scratch, creating marketing, developing relationships has helped her success in multiple business markets. Her background also includes Professional Cirque & Acrobatic Show Production, Real Estate Broker, Public Speaking and Influencer, and business management & finance, while being a mom of four amazing kids.
